What happens after I select a plan above?
You will be directed to a page for that plan where you can fill out your payment preferences. No payments will be processed at this time.
Does monthly time roll over?
No. Our care plans are set up to be per month, and we reserve chunks of time for each client. You can always add more time or simply request changes to the site at any time. We will always estimate the cost for your proposed changes before moving ahead.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. We are laser-focused on your business succeeding via your website, so we woul dbe sad to see you go but we do not lock you down with contracts. Request a cancellation via email and we will let you know which licenses you will need to purchase and your next payment will be stopped.
What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, or is otherwise not functioning?
Our care plans are preventative in nature, so the likelihood of this happening are slim to none. However, should you notice a major issue, most likely we will be already working on getting you back online as we are always monitoring your site. We do not make guarantees that your website cannot be hacked, but we do everything in our power using industry-standard tools and will assist in the restoration of your site as soon as humanly possible. With our backups you are almost always just a few clicks away from being up and running again.
